Governance support from people who have run the service.
Practical CQC and clinical governance consultancy grounded in frontline clinical practice and registered management experience. Every engagement ends with a clear, prioritised plan you can act on.
Advice that comes from doing the job.
Experience. We have registered services, run them day to day and prepared them for inspection.
Most consultancies advise on governance. We have lived it: as Registered Managers accountable to CQC, as clinical leads signing off delegated tasks, and as clinicians on the front line when things go wrong.
That means advice that works in a real service with real staffing pressures, not a folder of templates. We tell you honestly where you stand and help you fix what matters most first.

Ready for CQC's new assessment framework.
CQC is replacing the single assessment framework and its 34 quality statements with sector-specific frameworks built around key lines of enquiry and rating characteristics, with scoring removed. Implementation is expected towards the end of 2026.
Until your service moves across, keep evidencing against today's framework. But now is the time to map your evidence to the new structure and close the gaps calmly, rather than in the fortnight before an assessment.

Common questions.
Do we have to use Eviqa Assure?
No. Advisory stands on its own. Assure is there if you want software to keep improvements in place, but there is no obligation.
Do you work outside the South West?
Yes. Much of our work can be done remotely, and we travel for on-site reviews across England.
Will you tell us things we don't want to hear?
Yes, kindly and clearly. A mock inspection that only tells you what you want to hear is no use to you on the day.
How is our information kept confidential?
Everything we see is treated as confidential, and we keep a conflicts register so we never advise a service where our own interests could compete.
