Most complex care providers are nurse-led. Our paramedic-led model brings a different strength: thorough assessment, recognising deterioration early, safe falls management and fewer unnecessary hospital trips.
A registered nurse works alongside us wherever nursing tasks are delegated, so every package has the right clinical oversight for the person's needs.
Registering with the Care Quality Commission

What matters to you. We start by asking what a good day looks like, then build the care around it.
Good care starts with a conversation about the person, not a list of tasks. Their routines, the people who matter to them, what they enjoy and what they want to achieve.
From there we agree the clinical side: risks, delegated tasks and how we will escalate if things change. Then we introduce a small, consistent team trained for that person.

How are carers trained for clinical tasks?Expertise
Our answer: no carer performs a clinical task until they have been trained, observed and signed off for that specific person, with reassessment every year.
Will we see the same carers?What matters to you
Our answer: each person has a consistent team of four to six carers, plus trained relief carers who already know them.
Does the provider directly employ its carers?Trust
Our answer: yes. Every carer is employed by Eviqa, trained to our standard and managed by us, so cover is arranged for you if your usual carer is unwell.
What happens if something goes wrong?Trust
Our answer: incidents are recorded the same day, reviewed clinically, and shared openly with you in line with our duty of candour.
