An active package is a single customer receiving complex care from your service. If you have five customers on packages of any size, you need the Growth tier (up to 5). Each customer is one package, regardless of how many hours of care or how many staff they involve.
We'll let you know in advance. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time mid-month, prorated. We never block access to your data, and we never surprise-bill you. If you regularly hover near a limit, we'll suggest the move; the choice is yours.
