Structured Handovers

Structured digital handovers with authorised-carer matching. The system will not let a handover be assigned to a carer who is not authorised for the customer. Paper handovers go missing. WhatsApp handovers create governance risk. Eviqa solves both.

Immutable Audit Log

Every action on the platform is logged: sign-ins, customer record views, incident creation, edits, exports. Audit entries cannot be edited or deleted by any user. Retained for 6 years per CQC requirements. The evidence trail inspectors expect, built in by default.
