Clinical governance for home care and complex care.
Your staff work alone in people's homes, often carrying out delegated clinical tasks. Assure gives each of them the right information on their phone, and gives you proof that the right people are doing the right tasks.
Everything a carer needs, in their pocket.
Home care staff do not have a nurse down the corridor. When they arrive at a visit, Assure shows them what they need to know.
- Handovers to read before they start, at the top of the screen.
- Report an incident, log behaviour or complete a handover in a couple of taps.
- The tasks they are signed off for, with the person each one is for and the review date.
- Fingerprint or face sign-in on their own phone, and drafts that save automatically.

The delegated tasks register. Sample data from a fictional service.
Delegation that stands up to scrutiny.
Delegated healthcare activities are where home care is most exposed at inspection. Assure records every task against the person it is for, who delegated it, and which staff are signed off, per person and per task.
Sign-offs have expiry dates, reassessments are flagged before they lapse, and an expired sign-off is shown as action needed until it is resolved. When a relief carer covers a visit, you can check in seconds whether they are signed off for that person's tasks.
What home care providers use most
Assure was built in complex care, where general care software is weakest.
Competency per person
Staff signed off for each task, for each person, with the assessor and evidence recorded.
Incidents from the field
Staff report from the visit, with body maps, injury details and notification prompts.
Handovers between visits
Handovers for live-in and shift-based packages, sent only to staff authorised for that person.
Behaviour records
ABC recording and restrictive practice review for people with complex needs.
CPD and training
Staff log their development and managers verify it, ready for supervision.
Commissioner reports
A plain-language incident summary for commissioners and case managers, in a few clicks.

Common questions
Does Assure do rostering or call monitoring?
No. Assure sits alongside your rostering, call monitoring and care records systems, and handles the clinical governance they were not built for.
Is it suitable for live-in and complex care packages?
Yes. Assure was built in complex care, including live-in packages with delegated clinical tasks and small, consistent teams around each person.
Can staff use their own phones?
