Why paramedic-led?

Most complex care providers are nurse-led. Our paramedic-led model brings a different strength: thorough assessment, recognising deterioration early, safe falls management and fewer unnecessary hospital trips.
Every package has a named clinical lead and a clear escalation route, day and night. Clinical tasks are only delegated once training, sign-off and supervision are in place for that person.
Registering with the Care Quality Commission
We are preparing to register with CQC, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, and plan to welcome our first clients in spring 2027. Register your interest and we will be in touch as soon as we can help.

What matters to you. We start by asking what a good day looks like, then build the care around it.
Good care starts with a conversation about the person, not a list of tasks. Their routines, the people who matter to them, what they enjoy and what they want to achieve.
From there we agree the clinical side: risks, delegated tasks and how we will escalate if things change. Then we introduce a small, consistent team trained for that person.
- Carers trained by clinicians. Our own programme covers recognising deterioration, observations, falls and escalation, on top of the Care Certificate.
- Signed off for each person. No carer carries out a clinical task until they have been trained, observed and signed off for that individual.
- The same small team. Four to six regular carers who know the person, with longer visits and a clinician on call.

Our answer: yes. Every carer will be employed by Eviqa, trained to our standard and managed by us, so cover is arranged for you if your usual carer is unwell.

Our answer: incidents are recorded the same day, reviewed clinically, and shared openly with you in line with our duty of candour.
