Step 1

Message or call from the app.

Send a message, a photo or a short video, or ask for a video call. For you, your partner, your children or the older relative you look after.

Step 2

A paramedic or nurse talks it through.

A registered Eviqa clinician checks for red flags, asks the right questions and agrees with you what to do next.

In real life

A worried evening with a poorly toddler

  1. Mum sends a quick message and a photo from the Eviqa app.
  2. A nurse or paramedic video calls and talks it through with her.
  3. She knows what to look out for, and when to call 999.
  4. A friendly check-in arrives the next morning.

Calm advice, from her own sofa.

Peace of mind for a mum who lives alone

  1. Her daughter sets her up with Eviqa Guardian.
  2. If she falls, help is one button press away.
  3. An Eviqa clinician talks to her and keeps the family in the loop.
  4. From June 2027, a paramedic can call round too.

Independent at home, with someone looking out for her.

Looking after a small team

  1. A local business offers Eviqa Health as a staff benefit.
  2. Staff can ask about anything, from a sore back to a poorly child.
  3. A nurse or paramedic replies with clear, practical advice.
  4. Fewer worries, and fewer half days off.

Healthier people, and a team that feels looked after.

Examples are illustrations of how the service works, not real cases.

What Eviqa Health is not

  • Not an emergency service: call 999.

Common questions

Who answers?

Registered paramedics and nurses, including children's nurses and nurse and paramedic prescribers, led by our clinical lead. When you need a GP, we will help you get one.

Can I use it for my children?

Yes. The Family plans cover children under 18, and our clinicians who advise on children are trained to Level 3 safeguarding. Some children must be seen in person, for example babies under three months with a fever. We'll always tell you when.

How fast will someone reply?

We reply within 45 minutes between 8am and 10pm, and within 75 minutes overnight, between 10pm and 8am. Never wait for a reply in an emergency: call 999.

What does it cost?

See the plans above.

Can I phone you?

For questions about membership, call 01626 717587 and choose option 1. For clinical advice, members use the Eviqa app, and anyone who needs urgent help should call 999 or NHS 111.

Will you share my information with my GP?

Only with your consent. With your permission, we send your GP a summary after any significant contact, so your care stays joined up.

Where does it work?

Advice is available anywhere in England through the app. Home visits through Eviqa Assist start in South Devon.
