Paying for care at home.
Care can be funded in several ways, and many families use more than one. We are happy to talk through which may apply to you.
How pricing works
Every package is priced individually, after a free clinical assessment. We work with every common funding route.
The price is agreed with you, or with whoever funds the care, before care starts. There are no hidden charges, and we invoice monthly.
Ways to fund care
NHS continuing healthcare
Fully funded by the NHS for adults whose needs are mainly health needs. A fast-track route exists for people at the end of life. Children and young people can have a continuing care package. Your local NHS team assesses eligibility.
Personal health budgets
An amount of NHS money to support your health needs, planned with your NHS team. It can be paid as a direct payment, so you choose who provides your care.
Personal injury and Court of Protection
After an injury claim, care may be funded through interim payments or a settlement, arranged by a case manager or deputy. We work directly with them.
Local authority funding
Your local authority may fund some or all of your care after a needs assessment and a financial assessment, either by arranging it or through a direct payment.
Paying privately
A clear price agreed before care starts, invoiced monthly, with no hidden charges.
A mix of routes
Many families combine funding, for example local authority-funded visits with extra hours paid privately. We'll help you understand what each part pays for.
