How Eviqa Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or contact us.
Who we are
Eviqa Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17107619. You can contact us about your data at info@eviqa.health.
What we collect
The information you choose to send us: your name, contact details and the content of your message when you email us, book a call or register interest in care or a role.
When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.eu) collects the details you enter on its booking page on our behalf.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and demos, respond to interest in care or employment, and keep a record of our correspondence.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If we ever send updates you have asked for, we will rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not ask for health information through this website. If you choose to include it in a message about care, we use it only to respond to that enquiry.
Eviqa Assure customers
Information held inside Eviqa Assure is processed on behalf of the care provider that uses it, under a separate data processing agreement. That provider is the controller for its own records. Assure data is hosted in the UK.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run our business, such as our email, scheduling and hosting providers, under appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
General enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact unless we go on to work together. Job enquiries are kept for up to six months. Records needed for contracts, tax or regulation are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email info@eviqa.health and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
