Eviqa Complex CareOpening April 2027

Live-in care.

Care at home around the clock, with a clinical team behind it.

Your own home, your own routine, and help whenever it's needed.

Live-in care lets someone stay in their own home with a carer who lives with them, there for the moments that need help and giving space for the ones that don't. The carer fits around the person's day, not the other way round. At Eviqa, every live-in placement is led by our clinical team, so the person you love gets more than companionship and help with daily life. They get someone who knows when something isn't right, and clinicians ready to act on it.

Eviqa Complex Care opens in April 2027. Live-in care opens with it.

Who it's for

Older people who want to stay at home

Rather than move into a care home, with their routines, their things and their neighbours around them.

People living with dementia

Who need familiar surroundings and one consistent carer who knows them.

Long-term conditions and physical disabilities

People who need help day and night, not just at set times.

Coming home from hospital

When visits are not enough and someone needs to be there while confidence returns.

Families who want peace of mind

Knowing someone trained is always there, and a clinician is a call away.

What's included

One package, with the clinical side built in.

A carer living in the home

Matched to the person, their routines and their personality, and introduced before care starts.

Everyday care

Personal care, medication support, meals, housework and companionship.

A care plan written by clinicians

Written and reviewed by our clinical team, with you, and updated as things change.

Carers signed off before they start

Trained and signed off for each person's needs, not just a generic certificate.

Clinical oversight

Paramedics and nurses overseeing the care, with regular reviews.

Advice for the carer, day or night

A clinician on call whenever the carer needs a second opinion.

Planned cover for carer breaks

Arranged in advance, so care never stops.

Expertise

Clinical leadership is part of every placement, not an extra.

Clinical leadership is part of every Eviqa live-in placement. Our clinicians write the care plan, check on progress and step in early when something changes, which helps avoid hospital admissions and keeps people at home for longer.

Live-in care and complex care sit side by side at Eviqa. If someone's health needs call for specialist skills, such as ventilation or tracheostomy care, the same clinical team trains and signs off the carer for those tasks too. Complex care at home

Clinical oversight, included

  • Our clinicians write the care plan, not a form filled in once and filed.
  • Regular reviews check progress and catch changes early.
  • A clinician is on call to the carer around the clock.
  • Early action on a change helps avoid hospital admissions and keeps people at home for longer.

How live-in care starts

From the first conversation to a carer who knows the person.

  1. Speak to our team

Tell us about the person, their home and the support they need. No obligation.

  2. Free clinical assessment

A clinician visits at home or in hospital, with family involved throughout.

  3. Agree the care plan

Care, routines, risks and any clinical tasks written down clearly for you to review.

  4. Meet the carer

Matched to the person and introduced before care begins, with cover for breaks planned from the start.

For carers

Be the carer you want to be.

Live-in care is skilled, rewarding work, and it deserves proper support. At Eviqa you'll have clinicians on hand whenever you need advice, training that builds your skills, and less paperwork, so your time goes on the person you care for.

We treat our carers as part of the clinical team. If that sounds like the way you want to work, register your interest and we will be in touch as roles open.

Common questions

What's the difference between live-in care and complex care?

Live-in care means a carer lives in the home and supports the person day and night. Complex care is for people whose health needs call for specialist skills, such as ventilation or tracheostomy care. Many people need both, and we provide both.

How is the carer chosen?

We match carers to the person's needs, routines and personality, and introduce them before care starts.

What happens when the carer takes a break?

We plan cover in advance so care continues without gaps.

Can live-in care be funded by the NHS or local authority?

Some people qualify for NHS Continuing Healthcare or local authority funding. We can talk you through the options and work with your case manager or social worker. Paying for care

How much does it cost?

Every placement is different. Talk to us and we'll give you a clear quote.
