Policies your staff have actually read, and can prove it.
Upload each policy or procedure once. Assure tracks the version, the review date and who has read and signed it, and asks everyone to sign again when a new version is published.
One current version of every policy.
Out-of-date policies in shared drives and folders are a common inspection finding. In Assure every policy has one current version, a category, an owner, an effective date and a review date.
- Upload a PDF or paste the text directly.
- Publishing a new version resets sign-off, so staff confirm they have read the version that is in force.
- Superseded versions are kept, so you can show what applied at any point in time.
- Review dates are tracked, with policies due in the next 30 days and overdue reviews flagged.

Staff read and sign on their phone.
New and updated policies appear in the Policies tab on each carer's phone, with a badge showing how many are waiting. They open the document, read it and acknowledge it. The date and time are recorded against their name.
Managers see progress for each policy, such as 21 of 24 staff signed, and can see exactly who has not.

Common questions
Can we use policies we already have?
Yes. Upload your existing policies as PDFs. If you need new or updated policies, Eviqa Advisory can write them for you.
Does a new version really need everyone to sign again?
That is the default, because staff should confirm they have read the version in force. It is what an inspector will expect to see.
Can staff read policies on their own phone?
Yes. The Policies tab on the staff app shows everything waiting to be signed and everything already signed.
